Patient Resources

Insurance Information

We strive to make medical care affordable and accessible for our patients.

Patient care is our foremost concern.

Although we accept almost all local health insurance plans, we do ask that prior to making an appointment with any member of the Healthy Results team that you verify that your insurance carrier is on our provider list.

Please bring your insurance card to your appointment so that we can make a copy for our records. Please also notify our staff of any changes in your insurance or contact information so that we may enter these changes into your medical record.

Payment is due at the time of your consultation or appointment. We also offer alternative payment options such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express (AMEX). We also accept payment by check, debit card or cash.

We accept most major health plans including:
  • Aetna
  • Beech Street
